Display grid squares (OSGB)

I'm currently trying to georeference an old ordnance survey plan in England that has grid squares on it in Arcmap. I've used other packages in the past where I simply turned on the grid squares and used those but can't seem to find the option to do it in Arcmap. Surely this must be possible?
