- Ability to handle communications with overseas suppliers and service providers.
- Facilitating the customs clearance process and ensuring the proper documentations for clearance
- Handling the shipping process for import and export cargoes
- Controlling the import permit process of chemicals and assuring the compliance with the requirements of the authorities in Saudi Arabia.
- Handling the purchase orders of chemicals end to end.
- Ensuring the on time customs clearance for all the shipments and avoiding any demurrages or detention charges.
