I am using ArcGIS desktop 10.2.2 and I am trying to use the convert time zone tool to convert times (field is a date field in a geodatabase) from UTC to PST and it is returning null values. I have used the tool before and it worked intermittently. Any clues as to why it won't work or occasionally works? I wonder if I need to look for an updated service pack or something because it seems like it could be a bug with the software.
