I am configuring the map viewer to take a bunch dynamic layers and my own base maps from our arcgis server. However, the map is having problems when it tries to the get the scale of dynamic layers when you zoom in or out. This in turn makes the map struggle to load the basemap and data.
I am using spatial reference 2193 which is NZ Transverse Mercator.
I believe it could be to do with the fact some layers have visible scale ranges which might be returning a null value so the map will not refresh properly.
Any idea how you would go about fixing this?

TypeError: Cannot read property 'getScale' of null at declare._checkboxScaleRange
which idenifies the error in the _Dynamicsublayers.js file.
