I've tried find answer to this, but it's very difficult to describe. I'm hoping there is a built in function that will allow me to do this, any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm trying to create a new polygon feature from neighboring census blocks, but I want to the new feature to group population counts up to a certain value, then start over.
For instance, I want the new feature to have no more than, but as much up to, 10,000 people. Those blocks would form a new polygon, then the function would continue with the remaining blocks up to 10,000, create a new polygon and continue until none are left.
Is this possible with any current feature?
