I wish to create one "image" showing a large area cloud free for further composition. Base are landsat images. As the area is too large and on all images there are clouds i wish to only use the regions without clouds on individual images and than "stitch" them together to create one large file for further processing.It still needs to be georeferenced and have the individual ands so that i can try different band combinations with the whole thing. What ways would you propose to archive a satisfying result? I am on Linux/Qgis
