I am non-coder but have been playing around with the cartoDB website as it's wizard is pretty simplistic and easy with my data.
I have polys setup for each neighbourhood in a city, when I click on a specific polygon I would like the user to be sent to a specific URL in my database (URL changes based on location). Currently the tooltip pops up and only displays the URL rather than sending me there.
Any help would be appreciated on how to do this with cartodb.js
