From what I understand, the default port for ArcGIS for Server is port 6080. I have installed ArcGIS for Server 10.2 and now I cannot connect to the Server Manager. I am using Windows 8. My firewall is completely turned off. I have restarted the service about 100 times and I have reinstalled ArcGIS for Server about 10 times at this point. The port is not shown when I do a netstat -an in command prompt as well. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
