We are looking to recruit an experienced Business Sector Manager to oversee the Auto Units Division of Al Futtaim Logistics.* The main purpose of the role is to ensure the profitability and growth of the Automotive Divisions through efficient and effective management, strong proactive leadership, strong Employee Engagement and Key Customer interaction.You will be responsible for all the operational and financial performance of the Automotive Department of Al Futtaim Logistics, Dubai and Abu Dhabi - ensuring P&L net contribution as per budget, alongside*developing and maintaining customer and stake holders relations.
The main responsibilities of the role are complete accountability and responsibility of the Business Unit including the growth, success and operational / financial results of the Business Unit, key authority to represent the Business Unit with the Customers, Government authorities, Senior Company Management and all Staff within the Business Unit; the continuous improvement of third party business, alongside successful in group operation; to develop operating plans and ensure targets have been achieved through regular review; to report Monthly KPI's & Financials to the Management / Customer; to formulate strategic plans to grow both existing and new business within the BU Sector.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: *Master degree in Logistics / Supply chain / Engineering
Minimum Experience: Minimum 14 years managerial experience in a transport/automotive/ warehouse environment
Job-Specific Skills: Knowledge of GCC road networks and operations, Fleet Management, Warehousing and Distribution and routing and scheduling.
