Blanks in animation in ArcScene?

I have a few layers in ArcScene about aquifer depth. I hope to use them to create an animation to show the change of aquifer depth through time. I used "create group animation". But in the animation there're blanks when a new layer first load (as the picture below.) Should I lower down some settings to reduce this?

Also there's incoherence between layers,should I do a time series animation instead?
