Batch file move Different Extension Files into relevant folder [on hold]

I have a very large number of files with this template:

Example :

code_code~1434203418057_1434203418057.img

code_code~1435208411607_1434203418057.mp4

sample_sample~1434203418057_1434203418057.img

Sample_sample~1435208411607_1434203418057.mp4

Work.1_work_1~1434203418057_1434218057.img

Work.1_work_1~1435208411607_1434218057.mp4

office-work_office-work~1435208411607_03418057.mp4

office-work_office-work~1435208411607_3418057.jpg

I want to first make the directories "code", "sample", "office-work" and "Work.1", and then move all relatives file into them (sample .jpg and mp4 in "foldername"), so "sample.jpg & sample.mp4" files into "sample" folder and so on. Files are many, and filenames are very very different and random.

Can somebody help me? Thanks
