Is it possible to edit the user interface internally? (Without the need to hire an outside consultant?)

Is it possible to develop new tools for the system? Or import own GIS data?

Is it possible to create different user profiles to the system? (i.e. limit the usage of the data for specific users?)

Is it easy to maintain Oskari?
