I'm new to arcobjects (C#) and I'm having trouble finding an example of how to add an image (raster layer) to a MxD.
I'm looking to open the MXD, and edit it as a file, without having a workspace open. I have read that the MapDocument can allow for this.
In this case, the MxD is not opened in the current instance of ArcMap and the raster is a local file.
