This maybe a naive question but I can't help any online help so far. So we have some data in Shape files. The data is in
NAD_1983_StatePlane_South_Carolina_FIPS_3900_FeetWKID: 102733 Authority: ESRIas Projected Coordinates. When I bring the data into an ArcMAP document and superimpose on a Basemap the data looks fine. But how can I make this data to appear in a Web Service? I think Web Services have Spatial Reference: 102100 (3857) and so that maybe causing the problem of the data being queryable but doesn't display when using ArcGIS Manager?
I need to understand this before figuring out something else later.
