My requirement is to draw route layers on map. Unlike the common maps, I need to draw it either left or right side of the lane. After some research, I found ArcGIS does quite what I'm looking for, such as I can create my custom map with custom layers.
My understanding of ArcGIS so far is, we need to create a map with all the required details filled in as per our requirement and display it on our mobile app. Mobile app can't modify the data shown on map but interact.
Here is what I have tried so far. I created base map (on web), tried adding sample data provided. Everything worked fine. But, I'm not able to add a custom route, not sure whether it is feasible. I used their Directions API, but I couldn't change the layer color and also the pins marked A, B, C., Downloaded sample iOS projects from Github repository, nothing seems to address my concern. The closer ones are points POIs in map and navigation.

- I need to create the map online/Desktop using ArcMap?
- I see there is an option to import csv file (I tried the sample csv provided). Can we add/modify some more fields and import the data or do I need to provide the same fields as the sample?
