I'm new in GIS.
I saw in ArcGIS 10.3.1 function that was showing data about a selected point or limit in a table. It works, thanks to extension written in Python. I would like to know if that extension can do the same in ArcGIS 10.2 through ''Select by location option'', or if I have to rewrite that code in order to work in on desired version? May that extension be write in C#?
