Arcgis 10.2.1 crashes [on hold]

I run ArcGis 10.2.1 and when I try to add data or export data, or when I try to add data from catalog, ArcGis crashes. When I restart the program the above tasks work ok, until the next time.

I try to reinstall the ArcGis but the problem exists.

How can I fix the ArcGis to not crash all the time, does anyone have a solution?
