In both ArcGIS 10.2 and 10.3 on two separate computers I have having issues executing any commands. I don't have any error messages, the small window with a 'tick' or red cross never pops out. In the results, it says the output is . I noticed that there are two files in my recycle bin error.txt and input.xml but, I can't access the content. How do I fix this?
