Adding markers within constituency bounds using leafet.js and leaflet-pip

I'm trying to make a map where a user can select a constituency and then see a series of markers, from a much larger list, that are only within that constituency.

I have the code below, and if you Select Tamworth you can see it draws the boundary, but all the markers appear without being filtered.
