Add feature class from different geoodatabase to a single mxd

I need to add multiple feature class from different geoodatabase to a mxd and then change to same colour and making a definition query to it. The naming of all feature class are end with ppt. Is that possible to use *ppt in the script to select all the feature class? Required to be done by Python.

Any coding suggestion
