Does anybody know of somewhere that I can reliably get shapefiles or kml files for municipal / neighbourhood boundaries for cities across the world? I know that ArcGIS online has some but certainly not everything. Where is a good source? Even if I have to pay for it it is OK - I am just sick of trawling the internet for files!
