Position Description:
A new Company is seeking a full time Web GIS Developer with 3 years of recent experience in developing .NET Web GIS applications using ArcGIS Server. Required Skills:
• Proven recent 3 years of experience in .NET web development using C# and ASP.NET
• Experience in the development of ArcGIS Server applications.
• Consumption and manipulation of ArcGIS Server SOAP/REST and WMS Services
• Strong knowledge of ArcGIS Server software including the ArcGIS REST API, dynamic and cached map services, feature services, image services, locators etc. and their use in web GIS applications
• Experience in working with ArcSDE / Oracle enterprise geodatabases
• Ability and willingness to create complete and detailed documentation for all coding projects
Required Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with strong development experience (other applicants may be considered if possessing equivalent development skills and knowledge of best practice development patterns)
• Three years of current, paid professional experience with software development around the Esri stack
