Right now we are seeking to recruit a number of experienced Survey Engineers who have an extensive background on multi-site construction ventures. If you are serious about taking your career to the next level and have the desire and capability to work on a 12 billion SAR programme we want to speak with you immediately.
As an integral part of the team will be tasked in contributing to the on time and delivery of the overall development. In order fulfil the tasks assigned to you by the client you will you have the expertise to perform the following duties:
• Analyse survey objectives and specifications to prepare survey proposals
• Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain on the specific sites.
• Compute geodetic measurements and interpret survey data to determine positions, shapes, and elevations of geomorphic and topographic features.
• Coordinate findings with the work of engineering and architectural Engineers, the clients, and others concerned on the project.
• Determine longitudes and latitudes of important features and boundaries in survey areas using theodolites, transits and levels.
• Develop criteria for survey methods and procedures.
• Prepare and supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
• Plan and conduct ground surveys designed to establish baselines, elevations, and other geodetic measurements.
Skills
In order to apply for this particular position it is essential that you possess the following:
• A Degree from an internationally recognized University in the Field of Civil/ Survey Engineering
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience within Survey Engineering position.
• Be comfortable working within a multi-cultural team of Engineers.
• It is essential that you are fluent both verbally and orally in English and Arabic.
