Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience.
Skills:
- Prior technical training experience is an ADVANTAGE.
- Candidate must possess great communication skills.
- English language proficiency is a must.
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Strong programming and object oriented concepts.
- Dynamic and creative approach to training.
Job Description:
- Responsible for training individuals Java, Android, Iphone , GIS & embedded Track.
- Develop & maintains positive relationships with students in order to monitor & resolve students concerns
- Carrying out performance assessments to determine the skills gaps between current and desirable learner skill levels.
- Ensuring the learning environment and resources support learner needs.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes
- Designing course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises;
- Contribute with AMIT board to enhance and update Diploma Syllabus
- Provide work experience to students and encourage them all the time
- Contribute with AMIT for the process of “training of the trainers”
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/College Degree of Faculty of Engineering or Computer Science or what is equivalent-, Post Graduate Diplomas / Master's Degree is preferable.
- Preferred to be an ITI graduate.
- Previous Teaching Experience is a must
