JOB DESCRIPTION
Preferred education in engineering or marketing. Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and documentation of satellite imagery is required. Computer skills should include experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, contact relationship management (CRM) systems, electronic data interchange (EDI) systems, and Microsoft, Adobe & similar office systems.
This position functions primarily within our office with contact to customers, employees and management, and Suppliers. The Inside Sales Engineer is responsible for providing Customer Driven Focus while selling and supporting products and services. The products include high and medium resolution satellite imagery with all the related services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Deliver comprehensive marketing plans with fully integrated tactics (advertising, electronic marketing, conferences, and public relations, campaigns, workshops, seminars), budgets, timeline.
• Searching for new products.
• Conduct monthly meetings with management team and brief them on the action plan for the upcoming period.
• Collecting, understanding and organizing information both from suppliers and customers.
• Preparing offers to customers and negotiating tender and contract terms.
• Monitor demand on customer side and initiating new opportunities
• Promptly handle phone calls, emails, faxes, and all communications
• Arranging and coordinating campaigns, workshops and seminars
• Facilitating a seamless process flow from quotation to order to shipment processing
• communicating with our foreign partners
• Maintain existing and new customer’s database and insure customer satisfaction.
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements
• Analyzing costs and sales.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
• Preparing reports for management team including opportunities, marketing reports, financial reports and KPIs.

• Precise, meticulous, organized personality.
• Sense of responsibility and follow-up.
• Self-educating capacity through reading, research and internet browsing.
• Technical sense.
• Interpersonal skills, ability to operate in teams.
• Possess necessary techniques to train sales team on job.
