- Assist in the formulation and implementation of standards for analysis, design, programming, testing and documentation, and to ensure adherence to these standards
- Define end-user application requirements and assist in their analysis.
- Design and develop applications, user interface, middle tier and/or data tier code in compliance with international standards.
- Support and maintain developed applications.
- Initiate and recommend the development and upgrade of GIS applications
- Perform QA/QC development standards and testing to ensure robust, bug-free, high performance application systems that meet user`s expectations.
- Compile necessary software development life cycle professional documentation.
المهارات
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Personal Qualifications:
- 3 years of practical experience in GIS software development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language. Arabic is a plus.
- Practical experience in using Oracle and MS-SQL databases, (MySQL is plus)
- Proven development experience using C# and .NET to build Rich Internet Applications (RIA) and Smart Clients
- User interface design experience using WinForms, HTML, ASP.NET, MVC, WPF or other relevant Smart Client/RIA technologies
- Good experience in developing ERP, financial systems, workflow systems & web services.
- Ability to work with teams. Has good attention to details. Excellent problem solver.
- Practical compliance with standard technical application documentation guidelines.
