Personal:
·Sound technical knowledge of Geographic Information Systems
·Ability to work as part of a team
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Attention to detail and accuracy
·Highly motivated and enthusiastic
Technical:
·Experience of one or more of the following: VB.NET, C#.NET
·Experience of developing GIS products in an enterprise scale organization
·Experience of Oracle 10g
·Experience of data modeling and system design methodologies
·Awareness of cartographic standards
·Awareness of geographic information metadata standards
·Experience of geodatabase design and administration
·Experience of advanced geo-processing techniques
·Web development, using server side scripting languages
·Experience of application development using ESRI’s ArcObjects, API “preferred”
·Use of ESRI`s Model Builder
·Experience of one or more of the following ESRI product set, e.g. ArcInfo, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcIMS or ArcSDE
·Experience of relational database management systems
·A good working knowledge of geographic information management and spatial data standards
