Land Surveyor
Gulf Recruitment Group
Our client is a fast expanding construction company based in Dubai, with a large project in Saudi Arabia for the local government. They have an urgent requirement for motivated Land Surveyor with a strong background in the construction industry for large development projects.
The role will report to the Project Director and work with other members of the team to ensure all maps and schedules are up to date and accurate. You will supervise and work alongside at least one assistant land surveyor.
These are exciting times within the business and this is just the first phase which is scheduled to last 3 years with the possibility of three additional phases to follow. You must be comfortable with living in a remote location with high expectations for quality of work and able to operate within a tight schedule.
For the right individual we are offering an opportunity to gain valuable experience while being compensated generously for your effort.

• Are immediately available within 2 - 3 weeks
• Are willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia
• Are looking for a challenging yet rewarding company to work for
• Have at least 5 years experience as a Land Surveyor for the construction industry on Large Scale Projects ($100,000,000+)
• Some experience using Primavera would be an advantage
