دور منظمات المجتمع المدني العاملة في مجال التوحد تعزيزاً لحقوق ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصةالعنزي، عايد حسايف حورانمشكلة الدراسة : تنحصر مشكلة الدراسة في التساؤل الرئيس التالي " ما دور منظمات المجتمع المدني العاملة بمجال التوحد تعزيزا لحقوق ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ؟أهداف الدراسة : التعرف على طبيعة اضطراب التوحد, ومظاهره وأعراضه, ومعرفة الخدمات المقدمه له, ومعرفة الحقوق والانظمة المتعلقة بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة, والتعرف على نشأة وتطور هذه المنظمات, ومعرفة المعوقات التي تواجهها, والجهود والعوامل التي يمكن من خلالها تفعيل دور هذه المنظمات ونجاح عملها, ووضع تصور استراتيجي للدور الذي يمكن ان تقوم بهذه هذه المنظمات بفعالية .منهج الدراسة وأدواتها : استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي, بالإضافة إلى أداة التحليل الاستراتيجي swot .أهم النتائج :1- ضعف التنسيق والتعاون بين الجمعيات والمراكز الخاصة بالتوحد.2- غياب وضعف التخطيط الاستراتيجي في هذه المنظمات.3- ضعف الموارد المالية والتمويل المادي لهذه المنظمات.4- ضعف البحوث والدراسات حول التوحد.أهم التوصيات : 1- ضرورة التنسيق والتعاون بين الجهات ذات العلاقة في تقديم الخدمة لذوي التوحد.2- أعداد مشروع كامل ومتكامل لتطوير المناهج والبرامج المقدمة لذوي التوحد.3- التوسع في إنشاء وفتح المراكز والبرامج الخاصة بالتوحد.4-- الاهتمام بتدريب المعلمين والعاملين بهذا المجال.; Study Title: The role of civil society organizations and working the field of autism to promote the rights of beagle with special needs Student : Ayed Hasayef AleneziAdvisor: Mohammed Jamal al-Din MadlomStudy Problem: What is the role of civil society organizations and centers for autism in Saudi Arabia to promote the rights of people with special needs?Study Objectives: Identify the nature of autism, and manifestations and symptoms, provided and services to him, and to know the rights and regulations relating to people with special needs, and to identify the origins and evolution of these organizations, and to know the obstacles they face, and the efforts and the factors by which to activate the role of these organizations and the success of their work, and to develop a strategic vision for the role which can be played in this these organizations effectivelyMain tools: The researcher used descriptive analytical method, in addition to strategic analysis tool swotMain results: 1.
