As part of NASA’s support for the Big Earth Data Initiative, the Open Source Project for a Network Data Access Protocol (OPeNDAP) enhanced four key aspects of its Hyrax Data Server: pushed aggregations, pulled aggregation, user authentication, and extended Web services.
