[Maplift] Hawaii State Map

As a cartographer born and raised on Kauai I felt it was my obligation to improve the Hawaii Wikipedia map. Somewhat derivative of Tom Patterson’s excellent Seafloor Map of Hawaii (http://www.shadedrelief.com/hawaii/) but designed to be more graphic.
