Hello everyone, I have a little problem with the pattern brush in Illustrator
I have to create many simple curve formed by a patter brush that repeats a simbol (rivers embankmentse etc).
Create brush patter is very simple
The problem is that when I apply this brush, the stroke is aligned with the center of the symbol while I would like to align the base of it
Path alignment does not work with open paths and does not work even with the pattern brush
so I crrate a Invisible rectangle behind the letter like so:
but this introduice distorsion/deformation:
I have also tried with scatter brush but in this way simbologyi no longer aligned with the path:
How can I do to have a brush with the custom symbol and that this works well without distortion?
