Kuwait Celebrate GIS day in Kuwait Scientific Center, 27 November 2013. Openware start a computation for the students to collect data using ArcGIS collector. The event attended by many of ministries and authorities in Kuwait like (PACI, EPA, KU, CSO). Everybody enjoyed the good weather and it was a wonderful day.
