Systems Analysis Specialist

Job Purpose:
Conducts business requirement analysis. Map requirements to existing solutions and identify gaps.
Main Responsibilities:
Strategy Formulation
Implementation of department policies, goals, objectives, and procedures and support in their development as needed.
Budgeting and Control
Assists in the development and implementation of business plans while ensuring to work within defined budget parameters.
Operational Tasks
- Conducts business requirement analysis.
- Maps requirements to existing solutions and identify gaps.
- Performs studies and analysis to identify best solutions to system problems.
- Supervises, coordinates, and directs the needed teams to implement the needed detailed work plans to accomplish functions operational objectives.
- Oversees the implementation of operations plans, policies, procedures, and transition/ migration plans.
People Management:
- When applicable, ensures subordinates and superiors are well informed at all times.
- Evaluates subordinates performance in a fair, transparent, and objective manner on a periodic basis.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Information Technology).
- 3-7 years of experience in the field of Systems Analysis.
- Knowledge of and experience in techniques for business requirements analysis and mapping.
- Certification, preferred.
Key Technical Skills:
- Time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Competent knowledge in English and Arabic, Spoken and Written.
- Relevant computer proficiency, experience in using Microsoft Office tools and/or any relevant software.
