دور مراكز إدارة الطوارئ لدول الخليج العربي في مواجهة الأزمات الأمنية الإقليميةالحجرف، سعد بن مبارك فلاح; السراء، محمد حسن (مشرف).; الغامدي، يحي بن علي بن دماس (مناقش).; الدويك، عبدالغفار عبدالصادق عفيفي (مناقش).مشكلة الرسالة: ما دور مركز إدارة حالات الطوارئ لدول الخليج العربي في مواجهة المخاطر والأزمات الأمنية الإقليمية؟ مجتمع الدراسة وعيناتها: تحدد مجتمع الدراسة من قيادات الأمانة العامة لدول مجلس التعاون وخاصة في المجالات الأمنية والتخطيطية والبالغ عددهم (28) عضو بالإضافة إلى مدير المركز ونائبه. واستخدم الباحث أسلوب المسح الشامل على كافة أفراد المجتمع منهج الرسالة وأدواتها: استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بأسلوب المسح الشامل، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في الاستبانة والتي تم تصميمها والتأكد من صدقها الظاهري، وثباتها واتساقها الداخلي. أهم النتائج: - موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة على طبيعة القرارات التي يتخذها المركز وأهميتها وضرورة أن يكون لها صفة قانونية ملزمة ويعاقب من يخالفها. - موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة بدرجة كبيرة على سبل تفعيل دور المركز في مواجهة الأزمات الأمنية وخاصة التقويم المستمر للعمل بالمركز. - موافقة أفراد الدراسة على توقع دور فعال لمركز إدارة حالات الطوارئ لدول مجلس التعاون الخليج العربيي أهم التوصيات: - ضرورة توفير الكوادر البشرية اللازمة والوسائل التقنية التي تساعد على نجاح دور المركز. - ضرورة تفاعل المركز مع القضايا الأمنية الإقليمية لدول مجلس التعاون الخليج العربي.; Thesis Title: The role of Emergency Cases Management Center for Arab Gulf Countries into Encountering Security Regional Crises: Situation in Reality & Prospects Prepared By: Saad Mubarak Falah Al HajrafAcademic Supervisor : Major General Dr. Mohammed Hassan AlsaraaThesis Problem: What is The role of Emergency Cases Management Center for Arab Gulf Countries into Encountering Security & Regional Crises? Population consisted of (28) participants, the manager of the center and the deputy-manager. The researcher applied the comprehensive survey approach on the entire population's individuals.Study Methodology and tools: The researcher used the analytical descriptive methodology by means of survey. The questionnaire was used also as a study tool upon verifying its internal consistency and content validity. Main Results:- The study individuals have agreed upon the nature of the decisions taken and adopted by the center.
